Paducah Sports Park by CFSB
Facility Rules and Policies
All visitors are responsible for knowing and following Park rules. Park Management reserves the right to enforce additional rules as necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all players, spectators, and guests. Violations may result in removal from the property and/or loss of future park privileges.
PARK RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT
- Use of fields and reservable facilities requires a valid permit issued by Paducah Sports Park by CFSB (PSP).
- Park Management reserves the right to close the Park at any time due to safety, weather, or maintenance concerns.
- Visitors must follow posted signage and PSP staff direction at all times, including during emergency or severe weather events.
- Fireworks, explosive devices, grills, or open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on Park property.
- Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on Park property.
- Personal coolers, outside food, and outside beverages are not permitted beyond gated entrances.
- Gum and sunflower seeds are strictly prohibited inside all gated fields and team areas.
- Glass bottles or glass containers are not permitted anywhere on Park property.
- Bicycles, skateboards, or scooters are not permitted beyond gated entrances.
- No drones or flying objects are permitted without written approval from PSP Management (FAA compliance required).
- Tents, umbrellas, and canopies may not be staked into artificial turf or landscaped areas.
- Climbing on fences, netting, bleachers, dugouts, or landscaping is strictly prohibited.
- Hanging items on nets is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized commercial activity, vending, signage, or banners are not permitted.
- Proper attire is required at all times.
- Pets must be leashed at all times, and waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly.
- Pets are not permitted on playing surfaces.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Paducah Sports Park is a family-friendly facility. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Disorderly conduct or loitering
- Physical or verbal assault
- Obscene gestures, profanity, or abusive language
PARKING LOT RULES
- Parking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Overnight parking is prohibited.
- Speed Limit: 5 MPH
- No littering or dumping.
- No loitering or soliciting.
- RVs, buses, and oversized vehicles may park only as directed by Park Management.
- Illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing at owner’s expense.
- Paducah Sports Park by CFSB is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or personal property.
DUGOUT & FIELD RULES
- No beverages other than water are permitted on artificial turf.
- No food, gum, or sunflower seeds.
- Tennis shoes, turf shoes, or molded cleats only.
- Metal cleats are prohibited on turf.
- Only players, coaches, and officials are permitted on playing surfaces during games.
- Do not drag equipment across turf.
- No vehicles, carts, wagons, or strollers on turf.
- No weighted training equipment on turf.
BATTING CAGE RULES
- No food, drinks, gum, or sunflower seeds.
- Tennis shoes, turf shoes, or molded cleats only.
- Metal cleats are prohibited on turf.
- Limit one (1) batter and one (1) pitcher in the cage at a time.
- Protective helmets are strongly recommended for all batters.
- Use L-screens and tees only for their intended purpose.
- Wait until all activity has stopped before entering the cage.
- Do not drag screens or equipment.
POND RULES:
- No fishing.
- No swimming, wading, or entering the water.
- No boating, personal watercraft, or floating devices.
- No ice access at any time (including ice skating).
- No throwing objects into the pond or littering.
- Children must be supervised at all times near ponds.
DISC GOLF RULES:
- This course is located on Paducah Sports Park by CFSB (PSP) property.
- All players must comply with PSP rules and follow staff direction.
- Play at your own risk.
- Yield to pedestrians and Greenway Trail users.
- Do not throw until the area ahead is completely clear.
- No littering – please dispose of trash properly.
- Do not climb on, hang from, or damage baskets or signage.
- Course may be reserved or closed for tournaments, special events, weather, or maintenance.
- Course is open to the public unless reserved through Paducah Sports Park.
- Official rules of play are governed by the Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA).
